Meanwhile, a Palestinian stabbed and critically injured an Israeli soldier near a Tel Aviv train station in occupied Palestine on Monday, Israeli police said, raising fears that a new Palestinian uprising in the making has reached the country’s business capital.

Palestinian activists affiliated with local popular resistance committees in the villages northwest of Jerusalem on Saturday broke open a hole in the illegal apartheid wall to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

GAZA CITY (Ma’an) — The Islamic Jihad movement called Thursday for a “day of rage” the following day in solidarity with Jerusalem and the A-Aqsa mosque.

An Israeli who was injured two days ago by a Palestinian operation died of injuries on Friday, raising the death toll to two.
“The person who was critically wounded in the hit-and-run attack in Jerusalem passed away this morning,” said a statement from Hadassa hospital in Ein Kerem.

Unit 101 of the Palestinian Authority is carrying out a major security crackdown south of Al-Khalil, which it claims it meant to pursue wanted fugitives. But that region happens to be under the Israeli occupation’s control, so it is unlikely that the Palestinian Authority is only seizing “illegal weapons” but not the “resistance weapons” it may find. Israeli occupation authorities have acknowledged the role of Saudi Arabia in fighting weapons smuggling into the Gaza Strip, PLS48 news website reported on Sunday.
Citing Israeli radio, PLS48 reported that a prominent Israeli source has revealed that Saudi Arabia is playing a major role in limiting attempts to smuggle weapons into Gaza, weapons that would be used to support the efforts of the Palestinian resistance.
