Overtly, the Israeli superpower of the Middle East has been keen to posture as having no role whatsoever in the four-year old devastating conflict in Syria, where all major regional and international powers are politically and militarily deeply involved and settling scores by Syrian blood.
In his geopolitical weekly analysis, entitled “The Islamic State Reshapes the Middle East”, on November 25 Stratfor’s George Friedman raised eyebrows when he reviewed the effects which the terrorist group had on all regional powers, but seemed unaware of the existence of the Israeli regional superpower.
It was an instructive omission that says a lot about the no more discreet role Israel is playing to maintain what the Israeli commentator Amos Harel described as the “stable instability” in Syria and the region, from the Israeli perspective of course. Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu held a press conference late on Tuesday at which he launched into a tirade against two centre-right ministers he had fired from his government earlier that day.
Israel is almost certainly now heading into elections, expected in March, two years after Netanyahu formed his third government, widely seen as the most right wing in Israel’s history. Continue reading Why Netanyahu wants early elections

The Times of Israel, an independent Israeli newspaper that counts among its staff a number of former reporters for the Israeli daily Ha’aretz, published a fascinating but largely overlooked story datelined Jerusalem and Zhitomir, Ukraine, March 16, 2014, and which was written by its respective Russian and Ukrainian correspondents, Hirsh Ostropoler and I. Z. Grosser-Spass, citing a secret report provided to the Israeli government. The report, written by a select panel of scholars of Jewish history drawn from academia and other research centers, concluded that that European Jews are in fact descended from Khazars, a war-like Mongol-Tatar group that ruled over Ukraine and southern Russia, which mass-converted to Judaism in the eighth century AD.
Zionists have long argued that the land claimed by Israel was the biblical birthright of the Jewish people who were forced from the land in a so-called «diaspora» after repeated conquests by various empires. Proof that Ashkenazi Jews, which make up a majority of the Israeli Jewish population, have no historical link to Palestine would call into question the entire premise of Israel as the historical «5,000-year old» homeland of the Jewish people. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has described Iran as a foe of the United States, warning Washington that Tehran cannot help eradicate problems in the Middle East.
“Iran is not a partner of America. It’s an enemy of America,” Netanyahu said via video to the Jewish Federations of North America’s General Assembly, which had gathered in Washington, DC.
“Some people have suggested Iran can help America solve the problem of the Middle East, but Iran is not part of the solution, it’s a huge part of the problem,” he claimed. Continue reading Iran is America’s enemy, not partner: Israeli premier
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday publicly challenged Palestinians with Israeli citizenship protesting against a deadly police shooting to go and live under Palestinian rule in the West Bank and Gaza.
“To all those who are demonstrating and shouting their denunciation of Israel and support of a Palestinian state, I can say one simple thing: you are invited to move there – to the Palestinian Authority or to Gaza,” Netanyahu said.
“I can promise you the State of Israel will not put any obstacles in your way,” he told a meeting with Likud legislators. Continue reading Gone Off The Rails: Netanyahu tells Palestinians with Israeli citizenship to leave

The most dangerous thing about Benjamin Netanyahu–and no one should make the mistake of thinking he’s anything otherwise–is that he appears ‘normal’ by human standards. He speaks with a ‘human’ voice, seems to have all the required ‘human’ hardware & behaviorisms and in general is able to pass muster in his daily interactions with others. Best guess is that he has skin rather than scales, eyelids rather than slits, and doesn’t slither on his belly from point A to point B…
The truth however is that all of this ‘humanism’–for lack of a better word–attributed to/associated with Netanyahu is just an illusion of sorts, and the world–for the sake of its own collective life and limb–would be best served by turning a blind eye and deaf ear towards black magic such as this.
Despite a few outward superficialities, there is nothing ‘human’ about ‘Bibi’, nor about those who hold membership in his exclusive streetgang.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed criticisms by the United States and the European Union (EU) of the Zionist regime’s plan to build more than 1,000 settler units in the occupied Palestinian lands.
“I’ve heard the claim that our construction [of 1,060 new settler units] in Jewish neighborhoods in Jerusalem (East al-Quds) distances peace. It’s this criticism that distances peace. These statements are detached from reality,” the Israeli premier said on Tuesday. Continue reading Israel dismisses US, EU criticisms of settlements plan
