Muharram From Occupied Kashmir: The Way Of Imam Hussein (A.S.) Is The Way To Azadi

by Jonathan Azaziah

We mourn this month for Imam Hussein and the Karbala 72, the peace, blessings and mercy of ALLAH (SWT) be upon them for eternity, recalling tragic heroes like Abdullah ibn Omayr Abou Wahab al-Kalbi, the Christian-turned-Muslim who was dismembered and beheaded after single-handedly killing dozens of Yazid’s (L.A.) mercenaries; Habib ibn Madhahir al-Assadi, the elderly warrior who led the Imam’s (A.S.) left flank and stayed by his side until martyrdom; Zuhayr ibn Qayn al-Bajali, a man who at first didn’t even want to speak to Aba Abdallah (A.S.), then wound up one of his fiercest defenders and the leader of his left flank as he divorced his own wife to fight with him on the Iraqi plains before being speared to death by Shimr’s (L.A.) savages; and many, many others. Zaria Is Karbala: Sheikh Zakzaky, Now Unjustly Imprisoned For 33 Months, Embodies The Spirit Of Muharram

by Jonathan Azaziah

It is fitting that holy and somber Muharram comes just as we hit month 33–it is beyond an abomination of humanity that it has gone on this long–of Sheikh Ibrahim Yaqoub al-Zakzaky’s unjust and entirely punitive imprisonment by the Nigerian ZOG. Along with thirsty and besieged Yemen and Gaza, there isn’t a place in the world that so similarly resembles Karbala on Ashoura more than the Nigerian Shi’a heartland of Zaria and there is no man whose sacrifices are so closely akin to those of Imam Hussein’s (A.S.) than the Islamic Movement of Nigeria’s saintly leader. When we flashback to the Nigerian military’s savage and psychopathic attack against the innocents of the Husseiniyyah Baqiyatullah on December 12th-14th, 2015, in which over 1,000 Nigerian Shi’a were slaughtered, the 10th of Muharram in the year 680 becomes as vivid as if it was happening again right here… Right now… Right in front of your face. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s Muharram Tears Are Worth More Than Every Zio-NATO-GCC Fortune In The World

by Jonathan Azaziah

During the first ten days of Muharram, I’ve learned over the years that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s lectures aren’t really meant to be commented on. There’s too much knowledge, wisdom and Husseini luminosity to break down into an analysis that may only tackle a handful of gems when what he brings is akin to every rare mineral mine on earth combined. Watch for yourself. Listen. Listen again. Then listen once more. And learn. So no, this isn’t an overview. It’s just an observation. Seeing the Liberator of Lebanon overwhelmed with emotion and bursting into tears while talking about the events of Ashoura and the agony endured by Imam Hussein (A.S.) and his partisans… was moving on an indescribable level as we’ve never seen him quite like this before.

With Muharram Upon Us, We Recall Imam Hussein’s (A.S.) Thirst And We Fight For Gaza And Yemen

by Jonathan Azaziah

Muharram, the Islamic calendar’s pinnacle of heartbreak, is upon us. Its first ten days, culminating on Ashoura–when the Holy Prophet Muhammad’s (S.A.W.W.) grandson Imam Hussein (A.S.) was butchered and beheaded by the bloodthirsty, psychopathic tyrant Yazid’s (L.A.) accursed mercenary Shimr (L.A.) on the sands of Karbala in 680 A.D.–are the most excruciating of all. There are many a story to be told about what took place on Iraq’s bloodied southern battlefields 1,338 years ago.

From the brave ones like Jawn Ibn Huway’s (A.S.) angelic cries of poetry amidst the fight along with Abis ibn Shabib al-Shakiri (A.S.) taking off his armor and confronting the traitors of Kufa head on… To the melancholy ones like Ali Asghar’s (A.S.) tiny body being pierced with an arrow as well as the unspeakable repression of Lady Zaynab (A.S.) in the aftermath of the slaughter. But in this current climate, one that stands out in a rather massive way is Imam Hussein (A.S.) dying thirsty. That Yazid (L.A.) allowed the Chief of the Youth of Paradise (A.S.)–who Muhammad al-Moustafa (S.A.W.W.) loved like his very own son and who said of him, “Whoever loves Hussein loves me, whoever is against Hussein is against me”–to be denied water, shows you how malevolent, despotic and rotten at the core he was. Sayyed Hussein al-Houthi (R.A.) Of Yemen: A Mouqawamist Godsend Who We Commemorate With Pride On His 14th Martyrdom Anniversary

by Jonathan Azaziah

Sayyed Hussein Badreddine al-Houthi (R.A.) wasn’t your everyday, run-of-the-mill individual. He wasn’t even your typical revolutionary. Nor your classical militant. Not your quintessential Islamic liberationist challenging this or that colonizer either. He was from an essence of such uniqueness, such angelic substance that he can only be classified, qualified and described as a godsend. Indeed, a blessing straight from the realm of most merciful mercies designed by Al-Mountaqim (SWT) and a gift that caused all of the heavens to smile a smile of incandescence upon Yemen. Did Mossad Disappear Lebanese-Iranian Hero Sayyed Moussa al-Sadr On This Day 40 Years Ago?

by Jonathan Azaziah

The Lebanese-Iranian revolutionary hero Sayyed Moussa al-Sadr wasn’t just the founder of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance that would later become Hizbullah. He wasn’t merely a Brobdingnagian intellect who was brilliant enough to go toe-to-toe with the world’s greatest minds, both Islamic and non-Islamic, in the fields of fiqh, comparative religious studies, philosophy and international relations, and dumbfound them. Al-Sadr was an institution. Such a giant, it was like he had his own orbit. With an imposing physical presence, commanding charisma, love of humanity and passionate commitment to resistance and liberation, he gave the Shi’a Muslims of Lebanon a voice for the first time in hundreds of years and laid the groundwork for them to exit the degradation and squalor they had lived in at the hands of colonialist-backed factions for the same amount of time–first the Ottomans then the French.

But the Lebanese Shi’a weren’t the only ones who adored him. Christians did too. So did many Sunnis along with many Druze. He was a towering, unifying figure that exuded a familial energy, seeing all Lebanese as branches of the same tree, at a volatile time when the “civil war” engineered by the usurping Zionist entity was ripping Lebanon and its people apart. Beyond just being a mystery that turns 40 years old today, his disappearance is the greatest tragedy relating to an individual in modern Arab-Islamic history–one which burns and breaks the hearts of all who know it. Eid al-Ghadeer Mubarak to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Lebanese Islamic Resistance of Hizbullah. The people, army, government and President of the Syrian Arab Republic, especially the steadfast citizens of Al-Foua’a and Kefraya who are celebrating their first Eid al-Ghadeer in 3 years and 4 months since the Zio-Takfiri siege was lifted. We Have Eid al-Adha This Year Thanks To Imam al-Mahdi’s (A.S.) Men In Yemen, Lebanon, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq

by Jonathan Azaziah

Eid al-Adha Mubarak, Eid al-Adha Karim to all and a most unique set of tidings to Yemen’s righteous and resplendent defenders, Ansarullah; Lebanon’s brilliant and brave Men of God, Hizbullah; the unbreakable and unmovable soldiers of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps; the silent but strong and steadfast warriors of Pakistan’s Zaynabyoun; the unsung but undeterred heroes of Afghanistan’s Fatemiyoun; and Iraq’s glorious and gregarious guardians, the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU/Hashd al-Shaabi). On this Celebration of Sacrifice, we remember these Pillars of Resistance whose sacrifices are unlike anything we’ve witnessed in our lifetime, our parents’ lifetime, or even our ancestors’ lifetimes going back a good thousand years. Truly unparalleled indeed. Continue reading We Have Eid al-Adha This Year Thanks To Imam al-Mahdi’s (A.S.) Men In Yemen, Lebanon, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq

Out Of Nearly 200 Countries In The World, Only The Islamic Republic Of Iran Stands With Sheikh Zakzaky

by Jonathan Azaziah

Last Tuesday, August 7th, 2018, something beautiful occurred in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s holy city of Mashhad. Dr. Nusaibah Ibrahim Zakzaky, the daughter of the Lion of Zaria, arrived on the sanctified grounds where the shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) rests to inaugurate the opening of an office for her father. Attended by numerous dignitaries, activists and Ayatollahs, among them Hujjat al-Islam Kazem Seddiqi, the Jummah prayers leader in Tehran, it was a sometimes somber but nevertheless jubilant affair that celebrated Zakzaky’s steadfastness, humbleness, defiance and resistance against the US-‘Israeli’ Empire and the despotism, corruption and subservience it sponsors in Abuja. Indeed, it is a solidification of the Sheikh’s strong religious authority and vast Islamic knowledge–as well as his commitment to uplifting the poor, feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless and never relinquishing his Mouqawamist stances on Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, the Islamic Revolution, Bahrain and more–to have a place of his own in one of Islam’s holiest cities; a testament to his Muhammadi-Husseini character; and an affirmation that he is most certainly a saint, one of the very few to exist in this age of Judeo-Zio-Dajjal. The Strength and Steadfastness of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, Who Lost 6 Of His Sons, Are Otherworldly

by Jonathan Azaziah

Nigeria’s Sheikh Ibrahim Yaqoub al-Zakzaky has now been unjustly imprisoned for 32 months. I want you to take a long, hard look at this photo and even if tears stream down your face, don’t you dare even GLANCE away. Let it sink in. Let it hurt. Pictured here are the Sheikh and his six sons. While the Sheikh remains illegally caged by Muhammadu Buhari, the tyrannical tool of ‘Israel’, America and Saudi Arabia, the boys… ALL… of the boys… are no longer (physically) with us. Three of them, Ahmad (22), Hameed (20) and Mahmoud (18), were slaughtered by the Nigerian Army during an Al-Quds Day rally on July 26th, 2014. The other three, Hammad (17), Ali (15) and Humaid (13), were murdered in the Zaria Massacre which lasted from December 12th to December 14th, 2015 and which concluded with the criminal transportation of Zakzaky and his wife Sayyeda Zeenat to the brutal Nigerian regime’s dungeons. That the Khomeini of Africa has the strength to even wake up in the morning after watching 6 of his 9 seeds have their lives violently snuffed out, is the apex of remarkable; the pinnacle of unimaginable; and the apogee of surreal. Just… Surreal. It is a testament to his sainthood, his resolve and his revolutionary character. This is a man who will fight the oppression of Zion and its tools no matter what they do to him… No matter what they ***TAKE*** from him, like he’s fused with the essences of Prophet Ayyoub (A.S.) and Imam Hussein (A.S.) at once.
