AL-JANIYA (AFP) — Abbas Yousef points wistfully towards his olive trees, which are bearing their annual fruit. Yet again, the 70-year-old Palestinian farmer will be unable to make the autumn harvest.
Yousef’s olive groves lie on land either side of an Israeli settlement in the northern occupied West Bank. For years, he has been denied access by the army, and the settlers have plowed it, uprooting many of his trees. Continue reading Denied land access, Palestinians miss olive harvest

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed criticisms by the United States and the European Union (EU) of the Zionist regime’s plan to build more than 1,000 settler units in the occupied Palestinian lands.
“I’ve heard the claim that our construction [of 1,060 new settler units] in Jewish neighborhoods in Jerusalem (East al-Quds) distances peace. It’s this criticism that distances peace. These statements are detached from reality,” the Israeli premier said on Tuesday. Continue reading Israel dismisses US, EU criticisms of settlements plan
(EDITOR’S NOTE: The Sisi regime, backed by the Zionists and their shabbos goyim in Washington, continues to prove whose side it is on, despite some what some delusional “anti-imperialists” insist on saying to the contrary. With the deepening of the siege against an already isolated and terrorized Gaza, Sisi and his SCAF gang are reaffirming that they are nothing more than goons of the “Israeli” regime, and beyond that, vomit-inducing anti-Palestinian racists. ~ Jonathan Azaziah) Continue reading Egypt to create buffer zone along Gaza border
The debut EP from Madd Cold aka Jonathan Azaziah, “Enemy Of The Entity”, is now available! Written and recorded at the height of the murderous, illegitimate “Israeli” regime’s genocidal Operation Mighty Cliff (better known as Protective Edge) assault on Gaza over the summer, “Enemy of the Entity” — Mouqawamah Music’s first release — is a masterpiece work of unmatched passion and next-level lyricism dedicated to the Palestinian people and their precious cause. Mixed and mastered by underground Hip-Hop legend Payday Monsanto, with beats done by heavyweight VTZ, Shaolin sharpshooter Metal Gear Solid (a dear brother who passed before his time, rest in power) and rising star Dark Night, and featuring partner-in-rhyme and Mouqawamah Music content editor Khanverse, Madd Cold’s “Enemy Of The Entity” has been released on this date to commemorate the 58th anniversary of the Kufr Qassem massacre. All proceeds will be donated to the Zaytoun-Bil’in Project which aims to plant olive and fig trees in defiance of criminal Zionist settlers who habitually attack Palestinian farms. “Enemy Of The Entity” isn’t just an EP, it’s an experience. Buckle up, ’cause you ain’t never heard Hip-Hop like this before! (EP cover by Chris Katko)

“Jerusalem is the bride of Arab nationalism, why did you let all these aggressors into her room?” asked Muzaffar al-Nawab, a renowned Iraqi poet, long before seeing the city at its worst today. Israeli-occupied Jerusalem’s mayor Nir Barkat forced his way on Tuesday into the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in East Jerusalem under heavy police protection, a Palestinian official said, as Israel continues to restrict the entry of Palestinian worshipers into al-Aqsa for the fifth week in a row.
