Weekend massacre executed against Syrian troops atop Deir Ezzor’s Thardeh Mountain now looks like some kind of a murderous colonialist get-together as Australia, the UK and Denmark have all admitted their role in the unspeakable atrocity. Their statements on the crime read just about identically, with each respective Imperialist stain on humanity claiming that they, like the American regime, didn’t “intend” to hit the SAA, that they “regret” what took place and that they offer their “sincere condolences” to the families of the innocent souls whom they had butchered. The reason why this, also like Washington’s bullshit, does not hold even the weight of a termite, is because these are some of the bloodiest regimes to ever grace the stage of geopolitics. It’s about to get madd politically incorrect up in this muhfucka, so stop reading right now if you’re with that bullshit. On this 68th Nakba Day, I am oddly– or maybe not so oddly at all considering the context–thinking about the Nakba in Hip-Hop. Indeed our culture of Beats, Rhymes and Life is just as colonized as Palestine on both the cultural and political levels. My younger brother Jared Azaziah aka super-producer Dark Night sent me a video just last week of all-time great MC Joe Budden, the most personal and emotionally honest MC ever, speaking in no uncertain terms that the entire rap industry is not controlled by those personalities and figureheads that you see on the surface but an “underworld of Jewish bosses above them that we never see”. n 2012, then-Israeli ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren penned an op-ed for The Wall Street Journal in which he claimed that “Christians in [Gaza and the West Bank] suffer the same plight as their co-religionists throughout the region.”
While the diplomat was looking to capitalise on more recent developments in the Middle East – like Netanyahu did at the UN, with his “Hamas is ISIS” mantra – Oren’s claim that Christian Palestinians are being driven out by Muslims is a familiar one.
Israel and its supporters have tried to use Christian Palestinians for propaganda point-scoring for some time. For example, back in 1997, and during Netanyahu’s first stint as prime minister, Israeli media cited government sources for reports about the alleged “brutal and relentless persecution” facing Christians in Palestinian Authority-controlled areas. A group of Israeli settlers stabbed a 12-year-old Palestinian boy in the occupied Old City of al-Khalil Monday night, medical sources told Ma’an news agency, as settlers expand an illegal settlement outpost in the West Bank.
Medics said Muath Nouh al-Rajabi was moderately injured after being stabbed in the thigh and shoulder, and was taken to a nearby public hospital.
Al-Khalil, also known as Hebron, is home to roughly 160,000 Palestinians and around 500 Zionist settlers, who live in a number of illegal settlement compounds heavily guarded by Israeli troops. Continue reading Israeli terrorists stab 12-year-old Palestinian, expand illegal settlement
by Jonathan Azaziah (Mouqawamah Music EXCLUSIVE)
In the wake of Zionist billionaire and Netanyahu backer Sheldon Adelson’s obscene declaration that the Palestinian people are a made-up nation which only seeks the destruction of the usurping Jewish entity, Mouqawamah Music thought it was imperative to engage in a small but nevertheless significant act of historical resistance. While there are, literally, countless examples debunking such racist, Jewish supremacist nonsense about Palestinians “not existing” or Palestine itself being a “figment of ‘the Arab’ imagination”, most prominently the recently released footage showing Palestinian-Arab life in Palestine in 1896, there is a piece of information, a small yet at the same time gargantuan excerpt from the past which puts Adelson and others of his ilk to shame.
