Six Nigerian States Have Effectively Banned Shi’a Islam: Ring The Alarm And Raise Your Voice Against This Injustice

by Jonathan Azaziah

I don’t think people fully comprehend just how horrific the plight of the Nigerian Shi’a really is. Last month (October 6th to be exact), Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna State–of which Zaria, the birthplace of Nigeria’s Shi’a community, is a major city–issued an order declaring the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), founded by unjustly imprisoned revolutionary Sheikh Ibrahim Yaqoub al-Zakzaky, an “unlawful society whose activities are dangerous to the security and good governance of the state.” The order, using language identical to that of the murderous Zionist entity, referred to last December’s massacre of IMN members in Zaria, a killing spree tantamount to genocide, as “regrettable”. Membership in the IMN now carries a prison sentence of up to 7 years. And, to make matters worse, the ban has already become law in six other Nigerian states. Look at the carefully chosen, utterly malicious language that Buhari’s lackey uses – not group, organization or movement, but “society”. Why? I’ll tell you! Lebanese Shi’a In Dahiyeh Chant “We Are All Yemen!” In Response To Al-Saud’s Sanaa Funeral Massacre

by Jonathan Azaziah

Long live the resistant Lebanese Shi’a of Dahiyeh (Beirut’s Southern Suburbs)! In the middle of an Ashoura procession, news about Saudi Arabia’s massacre of 700+ Yemeni civilians at a Sanaa funeral came in over the wires and immediately thereafter, the ever-defiant people starting belting out “Koulina al-Yemen!”, which literally translates to “WE ARE ALL YEMEN!” Talk about being overwhelmed with the spirit of Imam Hussein (A.S.) and his late descendant Sayyed Hussein al-Houthi (R.A.)! There has been support for the Yemeni struggle against the Saudi regime from the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iraqi Popular Mobilization, specifically from Harakat al-Nujaba chief Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi and Imam Ali (A.S.) Brigade Commander Abou Azrael. There has been backing from the Syrian Arab Republic, Sheikh Ibrahim Yaqoub al-Zakzaky of Nigeria and Palestine’s Islamic Jihad as well as the PFLP. But no people in the world have defended Yemen and raised their voices with eardrum-busting loudness for Ansarullah and the Yemeni people quite like the Lebanese and their heroic Mouqawamah. None. A Hizbullah Marriage: Resistance Is Love And Love Is Resistance

by Jonathan Azaziah

Nobody does Resistance and Revolution like Hizbullah, so of course, since a true revolutionary is one guided by a great feeling of Love as Che Guevara said, nobody is going to do True Love like the Party of ALLAH (SWT) either. Say salaam to Lebanese Islamic Resistance moujahid Ali Mahmoud Yassin and his wonderful bride Dana Roumani. These two Hizbullahi Lovebirds, who have been together for 6 years, planned to tie the knot at Ramadan’s end, but then, in the midst of going toe-to-toe with the Takfiri terrorist virus in the southern Aleppo countryside, Ali was severely wounded and unfortunately had to have one of his legs amputated. But because this is the Culture of Resistance that we’re talking about here, the marriage was not cancelled! No! Instead, it was sped up! Dana’s father urged that they wed immediately and that’s exactly what they did yesterday in the hospital. Masha’ALLAH! Not even Tawfiq Ziad, Mahmoud Darwish, Samih al-Qasim, Ghassan Kanafani, Pablo Neruda or even Nizar Qabbani could’ve written a more inspiring Mouqawamist romance! Defiant Dahiyeh! Southern Beirut Suburbs Rock For Shahid Moustafa Badreddine!

by Jonathan Azaziah

Masha’ALLAH, Dahiyeh this morning was gorgeous! Long live Hizbullah! Long live Hajj Moustafa “Sayyed Zulfiqar” Badreddine! When a people transcend the fear of death, they also transcend the enemy’s ability to inflict harm upon them. Because what can an adversary, especially one as vicious, underhanded and lily-livered as the Zionist entity, actually do in terms of hurt to a people who adore the Next Life more than this one; who love martyrdom more than they love air? Like the millions of Husseini pilgrims from Iraq and abroad who made the journey to Kazimiyeh and Karbala, in a total rebuke of MossadDaesh, because nothing was going to keep them from Imam Moussa al-Kazim (A.S.), Imam Hussein (A.S.), Imam Zayn al-Abideen (A.S.) and Abou Fadhl al-Abbas (A.S.), today, the righteous, Godwary moujahideen of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, their friends and their loved ones marched through the streets of the southern Beirut suburbs with the coffin of martryed Hizbullah Commander Hajj Moustafa Badreddine, putting the ‘Israeli’ enemy on notice that such a crime wouldn’t even put a single dent in Hizbullah’s armor. ‘Israel’ couldn’t defeat the Mouqawamah grill-to-grill during 22 years of criminal, barbaric occupation, nor could its “most moral army” defeat the Mouqawamah eye-to-eye during the 2006 July War, but it thinks it can cripple this Mighty Mouqawamah with covert assassinations and Takfiri destabilization? No. No, not at all. Stop with the Halakhic-Talmudic delusions. Hizbullah is always going to beat down and beat back the Zionist usurpers until they are driven from Palestine for good, the ultimate goal which Hajj Moustafa fought to achieve until his martyrdom. And on that note, please smile ya Sayyed Zulfiqar. Look down upon your beautiful community and their even more beautiful Culture of Resistance and smile, because with souls as defiant as this, the tremendousness of the vengeance for your assassination will only be eclipsed by the tremendousness of your wonderful life. Smile.

The “Prayers For Palmyra, Music Revives Ancient Ruins” Concert Was True Mouqawamah Music

by Jonathan Azaziah

The concert in liberated Palmyra was truly marvelous and heartwarming, wasn’t it? As I’ve grown fond of saying–because of its veracity not because it sounds pretty–music is the most powerful vibrational force on the planet. And when it comes to the advancement of a political-cultural objective, there is nothing which penetrates the hearts, minds, souls and beings of an oppressed, liberation-hungry people quite like music. The messages contained in the simple but potent strings of a violin, the softness of a flute, the sheer rage of an electric guitar or the relentless bars of a fierce MC ripping into a classic, soul-sampled beat with boom-bap drums, will always be more awe-inspiring and hope-instilling than any article, radio broadcast, post or book. Just the way it is. Continue reading The “Prayers For Palmyra, Music Revives Ancient Ruins” Concert Was True Mouqawamah Music

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah Is “Hayhat Minna Zilla!” In The Flesh

by Jonathan Azaziah

Ain’t nuffin’ like Jummah with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. The way he speaks about Yemen and its heroic Resistance led by Ansarullah is unlike any other; the way he speaks about the undaunted Syrian Arab Republic is unlike any other; the way he safeguards the Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause is unlike any other; the way he courageously and eloquently crushes Al-Saud and its treacherous Takfiri vassals into dust–“Illa ta7een!” as Iraqi Resistance leader Abou Azraeel likes to say :D–every thunderous time he speaks is unlike any other; the way he protects the mighty Islamic Republic of Iran is unlike any other; HE is unlike any other. It’s not just wondrous to live in the same era as this hero, this Prince of Mouqawamah, this living legend; it’s a true honor. No leader in the modern history of the Arab-Islamic world inspires the hope and feeling of imminent victory like Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. In a region annihilated by the US-Zionist-orchestrated ‘Arab Spring’, which not only left countries and regimes in ruin but too many intellectuals and activists whose true colors were exposed as well, the Hizbullah Secretary-General stands alone as the mountain unmoved by the earthquake. Nasrallah is Imam Hussein’s (A.S.) famous saying, “Hayhat minna zilla! (Us, humiliated?! Never, ever!)”, in the flesh. ALLAH ye7mi ya Rab. And if I love him this much as a mere Iraqi-American, I can’t even imagine how much he is loved by the beautiful and righteous Lebanese, those sons and daughters of Resistance who gave new meaning to the words heroics, steadfastness, triumph and liberation; those sons and daughters who were liberated by the Sayyed’s promises manifesting at the pure, unbroken hands of Hizbullah’s moujahideen. May this beautiful, bright-faced warrior outlive us all. Labaykah ya Nasrallah! Labaykah ya Abou Hadi! ‪#‎LongLiveHizbullah‬ ‪#‎LongLiveSayyedNasrallah‬ ‪#‎JummahMubarak‬

#CultureOfResistance Is Visceral In Yemen

by Jonathan Azaziah

“I wanna be just like you when I grow up.”

‪#‎CultureOfResistance‬ is so visceral in the people of ‪#‎Yemen‬ that it is embedded in the very fabric of their being, from children like this little warrior here all the way up to the lions of Ansarullah crushing the Saudi regime daily on the battlefield. One of the greatest manifestations of this Mouqawamah Consciousness is the love for Hizbullah and Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, expressed passionately in the antiquated land once known as Saba with supreme frequency in homes, on streets and everywhere in between. And there ain’t a damn thing Al-Saud and its Amreeki-Sahyouni backers can do to diminish it.

Yemeni People Were Marching A Few Million Deep Over The Weekend

by Jonathan Azaziah

Look at my suns last Saturday. Unafraid and defiant as ever as they slam the Saudi aggression and march through the Sanaa streets a FEW MILLION DEEP like Brooklyn going to a concert tribute to B.I.G. and Sean Price. Think all that Wahhabi-Zionist-Imperialist killing, destruction and unlimited mercenaries from the darkest depths of Earth gon’ get these cats to kneel? Nah fam, not even close. ‪#‎LongLiveAnsarullah‬ ‪#‎LongLiveYemen‬

Can’t Uproot Us, F.O.T.O. Single #2, Is Out!

by Jonathan “Madd Cold” Azaziah

Second single off Felicity Of The Oppressed is out now! Can’t Uproot Us! This was the song all my executive producers picked as the joint that DEFINES the record. Description says it all. “Here’s one of Cold’s craziest flows as he unleashes a tsunami of illness in an ode to the ancient, religious and political history of ‪#‎Yemen‬. Al-Saud will never uproot Ansarullah! Ever!”

Hizbullah and the New Rules of Engagement

Israeli calculations don’t always meet their goals. In 1982, the Israeli army invaded Lebanon and killed more than 20,000 Lebanese and Palestinians — mostly civilians, as usual — in the hope of ridding Lebanon of the Israeli occupation’s enemies. The results of that invasion are well-known, but let’s just say that Israel never had more formidable opponents and resisters than the ones that its own brutality and savagery produced in Lebanon. Furthermore, Israel often casually invades and bombs for electoral benefit. Shimon Peres could never run a campaign without engaging in a massacre or bombing campaign. Crimes and massacres are part of Israel’s electoral politics.

It’s unclear what Israel’s motives are in this campaign. Typically, Western media and Arab oil media volunteer that those who were killed were planning an attack on Israel. No one asks how the Israeli military is able to read Arab minds and predict what every Arab is up to at any point of their existence. It can thus tell when an Arab considers engaging in a “terrorist” attack, and kills him before he acts. This gives Israel the right to kill any Arab anywhere.

It’s possible that Israel was testing the readiness and vigilance of its enemy, Hezbollah. It is also possible that Israel has assumed that Hezbollah is too distracted to respond to Israeli attacks. On both counts, Israel was wrong. Israel does not understand Hezbollah, and has a long history of misunderstanding its enemies. Israel (like the Saudi clients in Lebanon) assumes wrongly that Hizbullah is no more than a client of the Iranian regime and that it has no domestic home-grown basis. In fact, Hizbullah’s roots in Lebanon are now more entrenched than ever, and it has succeeded in equipping the population (even beyond its constituency) with a culture of resistance to Israel and its aggression.
