Iran announced its first live test of the air defense system, Bavar 373, which is said to be similar to, or an alternative to the S 300 Russian system. This piece of news appeared two weeks ago but did not get adequate media coverage. Specialists and other concerned parties, however, read it with great interest.
Iranian media outlets broadcast the first picture of one of the Bavar missiles, which greatly resembles the missile used in the S 300 system. This test represents the beginning of completing the last phase in the Iranian air defense system, which consists of several systems with multiple ranges. Some of them are revamped old US weapons while others are clones of foreign radars and missiles and some are a combination of the two.
Estimating Iran’s military power is a very difficult task. Many of its projects are shrouded in secrecy and are revealed only after their completion, while the defense ministry’s propaganda adds to the mystery. Some research and experimental models are showcased as though they are in the production phase, and mixing actual achievements with propaganda is designed to mislead. The Iranian press often misinterprets military statements and the media, in general, is known for its ignorance of military issues and its inadequate coverage of these matters, thus adding to the confusion. NATO’s Bloody Attack On Pakistan: The Motive
In the early morning of Saturday 26 November two NATO Apache helicopters, an AC-130 gunship, and a number of fighter jets perpetrated a sustained and deadly attack on two Pakistani army border posts on the Afghan-Pakistan border. Located high on the Salala mountain ridge, the two army posts were brutally attacked for approximately two hours. In what was evidently a naked act of aggression, the US-led forces bombarded the border posts for forty-five minutes, left for twenty minutes, and subsequently returned – attacking for a further hour. Twenty-four Pakistani soldiers including two officers were murdered in the assault.
The sustained nature of the attack precludes the possibility of it being a mistake, as claimed by the U.S. government. The United States Military would have us believe that, with its world class communications and intelligence infrastructure, it mistakenly mauled an ally repeatedly for two hours, killing dozens. This is an utterly unfeasible theory. Further throwing this theory into question, it has been revealed that Pakistani forces were in constant contact with American forces throughout the attacks – informing them in no uncertain terms that they were attacking a Pakistani military position.(1)
As a direct result of the attack, U.S. forces are now facing an unprecedented crisis in Afghanistan.(2) Pakistan closed off U.S. supply routes to Occupied Afghanistan, leaving thousands of tonnes of NATO military equipment and fuel stranded in Pakistan, unable to reach its destination across the border. Knowing that this eventuality was not only predictable but inevitable, one has to ask why the U.S. chose to perpetrate the deadly attack. Begging one’s oppressor to stop engaging in oppression is the logical equivalent of demanding a mosquito to kindly cease with the sucking of your blood. Regardless of your line of questioning, be it soft or ferocious, both creatures are going to proceed with what it is they do, for it is their nature. And yet, we Natives, i.e. the Brown, Black and Yellow peoples of the world along with our Irish and Russian brothers and sisters in Eurasia, cannot seem to stop going out on a limb and requesting of Zionists and Imperialists to just be nicer and treat us, well, like human beings. This is a symptom of mental colonization and cultural imperialism; it stems from an inferiority complex that has been installed in all of us, in one way or another, by the hegemonic forces of colonialism which deceptively seek to convince us they can somehow be reformed and made kinder as long as we don’t resist their savagery and don’t express our anger over being invaded, colonized, mass murdered, raped, usurped and pillaged.
Out of all the various forms of colonialism, each and every one of them perfidious and unconscionable, the most dangerous, hands down, is Morphing Zionism. Originally identified by Palestinian luminary Nahida Izzat and expounded upon by this author several years ago in an essay entitled “The Tribal Nexus: Zionists And ‘Anti-Zionists’ Unite To Ensure The Survival Of ‘Israel’ (1)”, Morphing Zionism is an amalgamation of “spiritual” Zionist godfather – and raging supremacist – Ahad Ha’am’s Cultural Zionism and the “liberal” Zionists’ Post-Zionism, and its function is to impose Jewish culture on the Palestinian people as well as the other peoples of the region, and to not only legitimize but also internationalize the Jewish squatter presence in Palestine in the name of “peace” or “one state” while making believe that the Nakba and all other “Israeli” crimes against humanity are simply inconsequential. There is another function of Morphing Zionism however, one that is just as treacherous as the aforementioned and which has never been discussed previously. Nevertheless, it requires dedicated attention and vigorous analysis. Continue reading Why Must We, The Natives, Beg Our Oppressors?: On “Homeland”, Mental Colonization And Jewish Hollywood

Apart from the nauseating, reprehensible and oft-repeated “‘Israel’ has a right to exist” meme, it is indubitably certain that there is no propaganda buzz-phrase heard quite as frequently from the duplicitous yaps of vile, yellowbelly liberals as “blowback terrorism”. The “blowback terrorism” theory suggests that terrorists – in this particular instance, those of the Takfiri variety currently represented by the demented likes of ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra, along with Al-Qaeda before them – are birthed via the womb of asinine Western foreign policy. However, as Mouqawamah Music Managing Editor Assad al-Liftawi so aptly noted (1), the Takfiris aren’t mere “blowback” from Western – and “Israeli” – foreign policy, they *are* Western-“Israeli”-GCC-Turkish foreign policy.
Essentially, what the liberals, in all of their glorious, stomach-churning cowardice, would have their constituencies believe is that Takfiri terror groups like ISIS appear out of nowhere in the wake of haphazardly planned and foolishly executed American and European intervention in the Arab and Islamic worlds. It is a theory that they cling to for dear life not only because the truth is far darker, far more sinister and far more disturbing than they would care to admit, but also due to their own criminal complicity in the destructive conspiracy tearing apart Syria and Iraq. But despite their most studious efforts to ensure that “mum’s the word” on where ISIS and its ideological counterparts *actually* come from, the liberals, who are Zionist-Imperialist Hegemony’s most useful and deceptive gatekeepers, have failed in their task. It has been an undeniable fact for quite some time now that Hizbullah, the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, has transcended the position of a mere guerilla movement – albeit the most successful, fearsome and disciplined one in recent memory – and transformed itself, through its victories, sacrifices, dauntlessness, grassroots support, battlefield innovations and readiness, ideological impenetrability and steadfast commitment to its doctrine and principles, into a regional powerhouse which is capable of redrawing the map of the region in the favor of the Resistance Axis – of which it is the heart and soul – and its supporters throughout the Arab-Islamic world (1). Hizbullah’s intervention in Syria solidified this newfound status and set a precedent that if there is a regional struggle that the Mouqawamah deems vital to its strategic interests, it can and will intervene in whatever way it sees fit (2), for the struggle against the US-“Israeli” Empire in one place throughout the Maghreb and Mashriq, tends to be inextricably linked to others.
It is within this context that a seemingly bizarre and largely unreported event took place just a few weeks ago in Yemen. Upon a closer look however, the strangeness actually becomes rather elucidated and the reasons behind the terribly obvious lapse in media reportage on the aforesaid event are exposed. On September 26th, 2014, two alleged members of Hizbullah, along with three alleged members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), were released from prison in the Yemeni seaport city of Aden (3). The release came just days after the Houthis – also known as Ansarullah, a powerful political-military movement which has clashed with the Western-Zionist-Saudi-backed Yemeni regime for decades – stormed Sanaa, and, on behalf of the oppressed Yemeni people, imposed righteous conditions on the corrupt, US-installed puppets masquerading as a functioning government. New York City, New York. On September 8, 2011 – three days before the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the Department of Homeland Security issued a statement warning of a ‘credible, specific, but unconfirmed‘ terror threat in New York City and Washington DC. Most obviously, a terror threat that is at once credible and specific, and yet is unconfirmed, is self-evidently contrived.
Keeping true to the decade-long history of scaremongering based on the mythical ‘war on terror’ narrative, the al Qaeda ghost has been recruited again, as has the fantasy of the bin Laden raid of May 01. We are told that the ‘threat’ emanates from Pakistan (as predictable as the clumsiest of scripts), and is as a result of the killing of long-dead Osama bin Laden – an event so obviously staged it makes one question the mental health of any person subscribing to the myth.
The staunchly pro-Israel New York Times is running the most vile, racist scaremongering propaganda one could imagine. Short on specific details of course, but heavy on racist, vague alarmism. The paper warns of two “American citizens of Arab ancestry” who are both between 5 and 6 feet tall, one of whom has a first name that is common in the Middle East. Created by the CIA and Mossad in 1981, the NFSL was part of a plan to destabilise Libya using a ‘fifth column’ of fighters and insurgents, and this surreptitious and chequered history stretches to the present day. As the current leader of the NFSL pleads in front of the White House for war on Libya, easily-led liberals and naive Libyan expats are seduced by Orwellian references to ‘freedom’ and ‘revolution’, words used to cloak the true intentions of the NFSL, its affiliated groups, and their imperialist creators.
Walking hand-in-hand with USCENTCOM’s cloak and dagger social media disinformation programme, there exists a whole network of US-funded groups and ‘movements’ that seek to pervert the sovereignty of independent nations, through political action and propaganda.
These groups don’t hide behind assumed identities; these ‘Libyans’ and ‘Syrians’ shout their real identities from the rooftops. A cursory glance at the profiles of these people however, always reveals the same thing: they reside in London or the United States, often never having even set foot in their ancestral homelands. In spite of this, their drama-queen testimonies and YouTube videos profess to offer a unique insight into current events.
