RIP Tom Hurndall, A Champion Of Palestine Who Died Because Of ‘Israel’ 13 Years Ago Today

by Jonathan Azaziah

Rest in peace, power and purity to Thomas “Tom” Hurndall, a genuine friend of the Palestinian cause and beloved champion of the Moustazafeen, who joined the ancestors on this day 13 years ago. On April 11th, 2003, in the midst of the Second Intifada in the Gaza Strip’s Rafah area, Tom was taking Palestinian children in his arms to protect them from ‘Israeli’ occupation forces’ artillery and bombardments. He escorted many to safety. But in doing so, he also put himself in the line of fire and a murderous, usurping Jewish sniper shot him in the head. Tom remained in a vegetative state for over 9 months before passing away on January 13, 2004. We could speak on the cowardice of the ‘Israeli’ enemy and its inability to stand face-to-face and eye-to-eye with the indigenous and their international allies who reject its Jewish supremacist claims and regional hegemony; we could speak of its anti-Gentile hatred and its insatiable bloodlust as well. But it would better serve the memory of Mr. Hurndall and the Palestinians he gave his life defending to instead speak of his selfless commitment to Palestine’s liberation; his bravery in the face of his monstrous disease known as ‘Israel’; and the sacrifice he made for a land that wasn’t his but a people who he considered his brothers in humanity. The humble hero Thomas Hurndall was the essence of what the International Solidarity Movement (ISM) was supposed to be and for a while, truly was. Zionist Political Theater: New UN “Anti-Settlements” Resolution Is A Massive Farce

by Jonathan Azaziah

Anyone who thinks that the resolution just passed at the UN Security Council “against” the usurping Zionist entity is a good thing, really needs to wake up and smell the malignant Jewish supremacist tumor. Because if anyone actually *****READ***** the piece-of-shit resolution–yes, piece-of-shit is what it should be labeled as, for it is the most academically and intellectually accurate phrase available–then they would know it is a document which upholds the existence of ‘Israel’ as wholly legitimate (and not criminal) and outright calls for the disarmament and dismantlement of the Palestinian Resistance under the guise of the prevention of terrorism. When it comes to anything and everything related to the criminal Zionist regime, one mustn’t pay attention to the lollygagging that unfolds in the public eye between American politicians and “Tel Aviv” officials. This is nothing but political theater. One must read between the lines, look at the global picture with a 360-degree view, follow the money and remember the golden rule vis-a-vis the UN and ‘Israel’: Not a damn thing has ever been enforced and not a damn thing ever will be enforced. A Merry Mouqawamist Christmas To Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Occupied Palestine And Anti-Zionists Worldwide!

by Jonathan Azaziah

A Merry Mouqawamist Christmas to all! Sitting atop the list for Christmas greetings is definitely the Syrian Arab Republic, which is seeing celebrations of Jesus Christ’s (A.S.) birth in its second city Aleppo for the first time in almost five years. If it wasn’t for the Syrian Arab Army, Hizbullah and their allies, Halab would still be stuck suffering under Zio-Imperialist-backed Al-Qaeda goons for only ALLAH (SWT) knows how long. Blessings to the Christians of Lebanon, who celebrate Christmas today because Hizbullah saved their nation from the Takfiris’ designs with its decisive intervention on the Syrian front. Of course, special holiday wishes for the homeland, beautiful, electric, ancient Mesopotamia, especially to the Assyrian Christians in and around Mosul who are celebrating ‘Isa al-Masih’s (A.S.) born-day for the first time in over two years. And it’s all thanks to the Iraqi Islamic Resistance. Prayers are needed for the Christians of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who are celebrating under the full protection of the Islamic Revolution, with moujahideen from the Basij and the Revolutionary Guard Corps watching over Christmas processions across the country, particularly in Tehran. You won’t see ANYTHING of the sort in that backwards, hateful, British-birthed monstrosity known as Saudi Arabia. Kashmir: 13-Year Old Ifrah Jan Was Shot In The Face By ‘Israeli’-Trained, ‘Israeli’-Armed Indian Forces

by Jonathan Azaziah

This 13-year old girl is Ifrah Jan. No, she isn’t Yemeni or Syrian. She is Kashmiri. And for no reason other than the fact she protested against the criminal occupation of her land, she was shot in the face with lead-based pellets by the brutal Indian army. Since July when First-Intifada-style protests returned to the Vale in daily form, there have been more than 12,000, not tens or hundreds, but more than 12,000 Kashmiris, mainly youths under 18–young men and women, with the youngest being a 1-year old baby–wounded by the Hindutvadi occupiers. Of those 12,000 some odd civilians, at least 1,631 of them have been blasted at point-blank range with these weapons. And OF THOSE, over 1,100 Kashmiris have some kind of devastating damage to their eyes. The Quintessential Ashoura Anthem Is Here: “Blood Of The Lion”, Second Single Off “Eternally Husseini”

by Jonathan “Madd Cold” Azaziah

Salutations brothers and sisters! On this most revolutionary day, this most magnificent occasion, this 1,336th Ashoura when blood triumphed over the sword–to borrow the expression of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah–and Imam Hussein (A.S.) as well as his partisans achieved martyrdom at the hands of the vile Yazid (L.A.) on the hallowed ground of Karbala, I present to y’all my soul on wax; my beating, bleeding heart in lyrical form; an ode to Abou Abdallah (A.S.) to end all odes: “Blood Of The Lion”, the second single off my upcoming album “Eternally Husseini”, produced entirely by my extra-exceptionally gifted dear brother Iron Galaxy and filled with the illustrious artwork of Intifada Street founder Mohammad Hamza. This song–which is more like a Hip-Hop Nasheed than a traditional grouping of bars and hooks–doesn’t merely encapsulate the pain of the 10th of Muharram and apply that agony to the difficulties we are warding off today as an Ummah generally and as Shi’at al-Hussein specifically, it bangs like Hizbullah rocketry crashing down on occupied Haifa and making the settlers run for their miserable lives! RIP To Ghassan Kanafani, The Palestinian Writer Who Channeled Eternity Through His Pen

by Jonathan Azaziah

If anyone doubted that the power of the written word is an existential threat to the “chosenite” power structure toxifying God’s Green Earth, then you must not have heard of Ghassan Kanafani. On July 8th, 1972, in fear of how his writings were profoundly inspiring Palestinians, the Kidon unit of the usurping Zionist entity’s Mossad, an international death squad masquerading as an “intelligence service”, detonated a car bomb in Beirut and slaughtered one of the greatest writers in Palestinian as well as modern Arab-Islamic history. From “Men In The Sun” to “Returning To Haifa”, “A Land Of Sad Oranges” to “The Revolution of 1936-39 in Palestine”, “The Apricots of April” and so, so many more, there was no genre that Kanafani dabbled in that he didn’t absolutely own with a brilliant, fluid, unique authority; that he didn’t utterly slay like it was a descendant of the supremacist thieves who stole his country. The novel, the historical, the essay, the poem, it didn’t matter; Kanafani’s ink made anything and everything glow. The martyred PFLP leader’s words were as pristine as they were powerful, as gorgeous as they were militant, as whimsical as they were raw. He didn’t write books; he channeled eternity through his pen. Every page that he completed was a sword of distinctive forging that struck blows on the false crown of Jewish Cultural Imperialism and drew blood from the invaders. For every part of Palestinian history, culture and identity that the Zionists diminished, expropriated and outright destroyed in all their Old Testament-fueled madness, Ghassan Kanafani managed to miraculously bring it all back to life through his phantasmagorical prose, as if ALLAH (SWT) had infused his quill with the essence of Nabi ‘Uzayr (A.S.) and Al-Khidr (A.S.), the Eternal Life Prophet. For Quds Day 2016, Let Us Have Certainty (Yaqin) That Palestine Will Be Free!

by Jonathan Azaziah

Ayatollah Sayyed Ruhollah Khomeini (R.A.) didn’t inaugurate International Al-Quds Day merely as an affirmation of the Anti-Zionism that is intrinsic and foundational to the Islamic Revolution, or even as a political declaration of the utmost solidarity in Islam’s Holiest Month for the world’s most oppressed people. The TRUE meaning of Youm Al-Quds, as understood within the unique framework of Imam Khomeini’s (R.A.) incomparably brilliant strategic, socio-economic, geopolitical and Islamic Liberationist thinking, is that just as it is SO important for Muslims to fast and pray with Yaqin (Certainty) during Ramadan–the time when the Holy Qur’an was revealed to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W.), the Battle of Badr was won and Imam Ali (A.S.) achieved martyrdom–it is also important to internalize the truth that that there is nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, more vital to the well-being of the Ummah than eliminating the ‘Israeli’ cancer and this battle must be waged with that very same Yaqin.

Khomeini (R.A.) was laying it out in no uncertain terms for all Muslims that the fight against World Zionism and the quest to restore Palestine is as important as any other Islamic pillar; he even told us, “If Muslims were united and each poured a single bucket of water on the Zionist entity, an unstoppable flood would wash it away.” Is there any doubting this?! Subhan’ALLAH! There is no GCC tyrant, no “Muslim” Brotherhood “cleric”, no so-called “leader” of any “Arab” government or regime, and damn sure no “Palestine Solidarity Movement” activist who has ever been bold enough to ideologically integrate Palestine’s liberation into the very everyday praxis of our religion. And who else but the spiritual sons of Imam Ruhollah (R.A.) who toppled a tyrant and made the Empire quiver is truly defending Falasteen with blood and sacrifices today? Who?! Naksa Day 2016: We Shall Not Be Sad Or Broken But Hopeful

by Jonathan Azaziah

On Naksa Day 2016, 49 years after the Zionist abomination stole the rest of Al-Quds, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip (which has since been liberated though is still besieged), the Egyptian Sinai (which the ‘Israelis’ still control though they dismantled the ‘Yamit’ settlement) and the Syrian Golan Heights (which Syria regained a part of in the ’73 October War), I am going to refrain from thinking about the hundreds of thousands of refugees brought about by this Zionist aggression, the tens of thousands of innocents murdered, the hundreds of destroyed Palestinian and Syrian villages, the new hideous Jewish colonies that have been constructed and every other monstrosity inextricably linked to the criminal ‘Israeli’ entity’s putrefying presence. Though it is indeed the “day of the setback”, I am going to try with every fiber of my being not to dwell on the sadness, the tragedies, the shattered hearts and the broken dreams, for if we stay in that dark space, we shall be swallowed. Resistance and Liberation Day Reflections: What If There Was No Hizbullah?

by Jonathan Azaziah

What if there was no Hizbullah? Resistance and Liberation Day isn’t merely a time of celebration in commemoration of the history-echoing victories achieved by Hizbullah. It is also a time for deep reflection, as Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah noted in his breathtakingly wonderful speech today. Indeed it is a time when we should be reflecting on where we are in our struggle, the severity and the status of the regional and international equations, and how to progress forward towards our ultimate goal of rendering ‘Israel’ obsolete. And I can’t think of a more profound point of pondering than the following question above: What if there was no Hizbullah? We don’t have to start as far back as 1982 when the Lebanese Islamic Resistance first emerged out of its humble beginnings of namelessness, nor do we need to refer to the ‘93 and ‘96 ‘Israeli’ aggressions, nor the liberation itself on May 25th, 2000, as the majority, not the vast majority or even most persons, unfortunately, but the majority of Lebanese agree that Hizbullah’s triumph over the cancerous Zionist entity and the end of the monstrous occupation were good things. So let us start with the 2006 July War and allow me to ask again: What if there was no Hizbullah? Continue reading Resistance and Liberation Day Reflections: What If There Was No Hizbullah?

Nasrallah’s Words On Resistance and Liberation Day Are Like Water To The Thirsty

by Jonathan Azaziah

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s words are like oxygen to a drowning man; like water to the thirsty; like the most nutritious, most delicious food to the hungry; like awareness to the previously unaware; like sound to the formerly deaf; like sight to the formerly blind; like the ability to speak manifesting in the vocal chords and on the tongues of the formerly dumb; like the sensation of running to the formerly disabled; like flight to those who spent their entire lives grounded; like love entering the hearts of those who never knew it to be possible; like martyrdom to the moujahid striving to make the ultimate sacrifice; like victorious resistance to the enemy on the harshest battlefields; like light illuminating caves, cracks and crevices that only knew darkness.
